We stayed at the penthouse apartment and loved it. The bathroom was excellent, with a roll-in shower, hairdryer, and bidet. The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Tbilisi and the fortress. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the capital of Georgia.

The room is cozy and particularly good with view, everything is very good. Its location is unbeatable and magnificent, walking distance from Aerial Tramway in Tbilisi.

The panoramic view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent service and always being available to answer any questions. The hotel was modern and absolutely fantastic, very close to many attractions. Units had a gorgeous panoramic view. It had a magnificent, very central location, very close to very nice restaurants, the center, and the nearest convenient store.

Clean and newly renovated apartments with well-maintained facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spot on.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this place and it was an unforgettable experience. the apartments were tastefully decorated with impeccable cleanliness. the location was key as it was within walking distance to all the famous attractions, which was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic view from our bedroom on one of the top floors. the most surprising and enjoyable aspect of our stay was that the apartment was equipped with all our essentials and more. the host gave us two sets of complementary toiletries and the kitchen utensils were complete.

The stairs leading to our bedroom were a bit of an issue as we had to climb three floors, which might be challenging for some people. the price of the apartment was a bit high considering the furniture quality was not exceptional, even though it was beautifully made.

The apartment interiors were modern and clean, which made me feel comfortable. The location was great and it was easy to walk around and explore the area. I appreciated the beautiful Christmas decorations which added to the festive atmosphere.

the building was quite tall and there was no lift, which made it difficult to climb up to the apartment, especially after a long day of walking. Finally, the apartment was a bit pricey for what it offered, which made it challenging to budget properly during the Christmas season.

The hotel's location is decently convenient, with attractions and restaurants close by. The room was newly renovated, clean and cozy. The service provided by the staff was adequate. Facilities such as shuttle service and tours were available for guests.

The apartment itself was beautifully designed, with a modern interior and traditional exterior. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The location was superb, with convenient stores, restaurants, and tour options just a few minutes away. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the Penthouse apartment. I highly recommend Boutique Apart Upe for a wonderful stay in Tbilisi.
